Memberships or drop-in fees are non-transferable.

Participation in any class or program at Cloud 9 Athletics is voluntary. By participating, you agree to release Cloud 9 Athletics, its owners, coaches, and affiliates from any liability arising from injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation, except in cases of proven negligence.
